PAUL] FLASHFOOT] ELLIS 

I use martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, group fitness and on-on-one teaching skills to benefit you while doing what I love. 
Paul has been training for over 40 years, and teaching for over 20.  Inducted into the Florida Hall of Fame in 1996, he holds titles such as World INKA Kickboxing Champion, World Savate Association Champion, #2 in the World, Professional Karate Association, #2 in the World, PKA, US Kickboxing Champion. Black belts in Wado Ki, Moo Duk Kwan, Shodokan, 4th Degree Balck Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Paul has trained nearly 20 fighters,

Open Gym Hours: 5-8pm Monday-Friday
Youth Classes Available in Kickboxing Ages 8+, Call for Availability
Personal Training: Fitness, Boxing, Kickboxing, Individual or Group Training

Flashfoot Academy's mission is to provide Sarasota with opportunities for growth but through individual and group training.

OUR NEXT FIGHT
​The fights will be held on March 16, 2019. The 10th "Clash of the Titans" Amature Boxing & Kickboxing Event offers an opportunity for local amateur fighting talent to exhibit their skills. 
Location: 2211 Fruitville rd, Sarasota, FL
Event starts at 7pm. Fights begin at 8pm.
